Amateur SATB choir based in Fleet, Hampshire
What is the Dress Code?
We've called this "Kilts, Tartan and/or Evening Dress". It's a gala dinner, so we would encourage you to dress smartly but this isn't so restrictive to mean "tails" for men or specific length dresses for women. It's an excuse to dress up so come glamorous and smart, and if you can enhance this with a kilt or some gorgeous tartan in honour of the Bard, all the better!
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
We haven't set a minimum age but alcohol will be served at this event, and we haven't been able to discount the tickets since it is a fundraiser, so you may not think it appropriate for Under 16's. However, we would be happy to try to accommodate if you think it is appropriate for your child, so please contact us at [email protected] if you would like to bring any Under 16's with your party.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
Contact [email protected] with any questions you may have.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can show your ticket on your phone if you prefer not to print the ticket out, but please make sure you have one ticket per person available to show. We will check each guest in on arrival.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
If you need to change the name of any attendees, please let us know in advance at [email protected] - it is not a problem to make the changes but as we will check each guest in, it would be better to have each ticket properly named.
With singing and poetry provided by Hart Voices, followed by a ceilidh fuelled by the Gordon Buchanan Ceilidh Band, you will be sure to be entertained and have a fabulous time dancing the night away.
