Join Hart Voices for the world premiere performance of a new cantata about the exquisite joy of choral singing, written by Roy Rashbrook.

In the 2022-2023 season, Hart Voices celebrates its 50th Anniversary and to mark the occasion, we asked our very own Musical Director, Roy Rashbrook to create a piece especially for us.

Working with lyricist and poet Euan Tait, “Song Rushes In” was conceived during the Covid lockdowns of 2020 and 2021, and focuses on the joy of returning to live choral singing, after the virus kept singers apart during such an unprecedented period.

This is a very special concert for Hart Voices and we are delighted that we will be joined by Tenor, Adam Tunnicliffe and our very good friends at Southern Pro Musica, conducted by Roy Rashbrook himself.

The programme will also feature motets by Mendelssohn, Faure & Franck with Haydn’s “Kleine Orgelmesse”.

We look forward to seeing you for what promises to be an evening to remember.

Tickets: £15 (Under 16: £5)
