The bar at Saturday's Ninebarrow concert is being run by our local small business partner, Southern Bar Services Ltd.

We have a pretty full house on Saturday night, so to make your experience as smooth as possible we would recommend completing a Drinks Pre-Order form for your interval drinks which means you won't have to queue at the bar and you will be able to find your drinks already prepared for you in the foyer.

All you have to do is print off a copy of the form below, decide what you want and fill in the form. Then bring it with you on Saturday night and go to the bar when you arrive, where you can pay for your drinks in advance.

If you don't have a printer, don't worry. The bar staff will be able to assist you with preparing your advance order. 

​

And please remember you are allowed to take your drinks into the hall with you! We simply ask that you clear your rubbish away into the foyer when you leave your seats.

We are delighted to be working in partnership again with Southern Bar Services - their service is excellent and they provide a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, perfect for enjoying during the concert. As an event company they've also had a quiet time during the pandemic, so please do support them so that we can continue to offer the bar service here in Hartley Wintney.
